Experience Coordinators are here to help you create exiting team building and team leaning experiences.

In addition to managing the administration, experience coordinators provide;

  • 3x custom marketing graphics (for international promotion).
  • Attend your experience to optimize audio and video for all participants.

  • Share a full recording of the experience upon completion.

GETTING STARTED

How do I book an Experience for my team?


If you’re set with the experience you’d like to do and know the date and time you’d like to host it! Simply pick your favourite experience, and book it for your preferred time.




Are all the experiences available at any date or any time?


Go Local guarantees that any experience is available to you at the time of your choosing.

If the designated instructor for your preferred experience date and time is not available, Go Local guarantees 2 solutions.

  • The first, a replacement instructor can be assigned with no additional charge or action required from the client.
  • Alternatively, if the client prefers a specific instructor, who is not available at the chosen date and time, Go Local will offer the client an opportunity to re-book the experience.

The smoothest option is always to make all bookings with a Go Local Experience Coordinator. Bookings done this way can relieve the client from all administration or scheduling conflicts.




I have paid, what happens next?


You’ll receive an immediate confirmation of your payment receipt. Within 24 hours of confirmation, you’ll be contacted by your designated experience coordinator to review the details of your event to confirm that all is well.


At that time, you’ll receive all the required information of your chosen experience, including, but not limited to, joining instructions, internal marketing material, a customized “join now” button, and more!

Are there any materials I would require at the date and time of the experience before joining in on a team experience?


  • A stable internet connection is necessary.
  • Webcam and mics for each participant are optional.
  • Any other supplies or ingredients required would be on a situational basis, depending on the experience of your choosing.
